I started this journey with few goals in mind. Since then I have had a lot of time to figure out what I want, and I have achieved so much. I guess all I really want is to be happier which I have become. (and have arm muscles, run faster, be a better athlete, lose weight) This blog is all fitness inspiration, and motivation to help myself and all of you stay dedicated and reach our goals.
